This position reports to the Plant Manager. While this role has a designated home plant, employees may be assigned to support other company asphalt plants within the Greater Atlanta area on an as-needed basis, depending on operational demands. This position requires flexibility in scheduling. Work schedules may include day or night shifts, long hours, and weekend work (including Saturdays and Sundays) as business needs require.
