The ideal candidate will have previous traffic control experience, with experience supporting paving, milling, or roadway construction strongly preferred. This position will lead a crew of approximately 2–3 Flaggers, coordinate daily traffic control needs with Foremen and Superintendents, and ensure traffic control setups are completed safely, correctly, and on time. This position requires the ability to work both day and night shifts, including weekends when necessary, based on project and operational needs.
