This position reports to the Plant Manager. The ideal candidate will have g eneral construction or mining industry experience specifically with metal fabrication, forging, and/or erecting experience to include crane work and superior time management and communication skills. This position runs on an 8-to-10-hour shift which includes nights and weekends . The rotation from day and night shifts will be from month to month.
