The Role - Raise and issue client invoices accurately and on time, in line with agreed pricing, contracts, client requirements and SLAs. - Act as the final check before invoices are issued, and upload invoices and supporting documents to client portals. - Clear the invoicing lists daily to help minimise claim durations and work towards our monthly billing target. - Manage the billing inbox, responding to client and internal queries within a 24-hour SLA. - Investigate billing discrepancies and raise credit notes in line with agreed approvals. - Work with our operational teams to chase missing…
