Lifecycle Marketing defines the strategy, maps each journey and touchpoint, builds emails in Knak, and owns deliverability, SMS deployment, and quality at send. Marketing Analytics & Insights owns broader external reporting. You own everything underneath and in between: the data layer, the technical builds, platform governance, integrations, internal SFMC reporting, and the accuracy of every data flow into our Salesforce instance and reporting platforms.
