Candidates must have a strong track record of performing in a Service Continuity role, ideally within a ITIL & Public Sector environment. Within the organisation the selected candidate will validate existing Business Impact Assessments for all Technology services and will also establish the process for completing new BIA’s for upcoming services. They will be expected to develop recovery plans, very much focused on Technology services and work alongside our clients Business Continuity partners to update our BCDR.
