Responsibilities: Reporting to the Program Support Manager, students in this position are expected to support the Alumni Engagement team in a variety of projects related to alumni relations and event management. Projects include data entry, updating event registrations, record keeping, and managing the myriad messages in the alumni email inbox and answering phones.
