You'll report to the SVP of Finance, lead our FP&A team, and act as the finance partner to Marketing, Product, Retail, and Ops leadership. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves working in the data, not just reporting on it, who's comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete information, and who's energized by turning raw numbers into clear, actionable insight. You'll also be the person who takes our planning cycles from ad hoc to scalable and repeatable, building processes that hold up as we grow.
