Responsible for serving all courses to assigned guests in attendance. Responds to specific guest requests. May serve wine, or alcoholic beverages, if of age to do so. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Obtains assigned service station from Banquet Manager at start of work shift 2. May set the tables with dishes, utensils, napkins, etc. prior to the event. 3. Trays food for serving, assembles food items as necessary, e.g., breadbaskets, etc. 4.
