Position Summary: As a Production Associate, you will support the manufacturing, preparation, finishing, and inspection of fiberglass and composite parts and components used in transit vehicles for New Flyer and MCI. This is a hands-on production role where you may prepare molds and materials, build fiberglass components, sand, buff, trim, grind, drill, route, repair, and inspect parts to ensure they meet safety, quality, and first-time quality standards.
