The Role The company's Talent Associates are the human judgment in that equation. The Talent Associate will be the first real conversation a senior candidate has with the company, and often the moment that decides whether they trust the company with their next career move. In 10 to 15 minutes, the Talent Associate will build that trust, get to the substance of who they are, and make a clear call on where they fit.
