You check work in progress, give practical feedback and sign-off, and make sure procedures and record-keeping are applied consistently. You will also provide technical support to the team, design and deliver training, and cover the Deputy Pod Lead for short periods, including technical communications with investment desks and the client's first and second line of defence.
