The Medical Director will own clinical outcomes end-to-end: protocols and escalation SOPs across all service lines, the quality and credentialing of our doctor and specialist network, the safety framework for clinical AI and decision support, regulatory compliance (Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020, DPDP Act 2023, ABDM), and the clinical research agenda on Plum’s proprietary health datasets.
