We are seeking dynamic and energetic Health Coordinators to oversee the implementation of Healthy Harlem programming within HCZ's After-School Programs. The Health Coordinator will be responsible for leading health and wellness initiatives that promote nutrition education, physical activity, healthy lifestyle habits, and family engagement.
