Your day-to-day will involve: - Managing a portfolio of customers' monthly payroll operations from start to finish. - Ensuring all staff are paid correctly and within specified deadlines. - Updating the payroll system with current pay scales, pension rates, NI rates, and tax thresholds. - Calculating pay adjustments, including holiday pay for leavers and statutory payments (maternity, paternity, etc.). - Ensuring accurate payments and reporting to external stakeholders, including HMRC. - Maintaining strict compliance with GDPR and ISO27001 data protection standards.
