You'll run your own caseload of work permits, visas, extensions, and status changes. You'll also be the escalation point when cases get complicated, and the mentor junior specialists turn to for a steer. You'll work closely with Legal, HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition, as well as external immigration counsel and government agencies worldwide. This isn't a legal role, but it does demand real depth.
