You'll manage two things at once: our own reps who sell Division 50's services, and the SDR pods working on outsourced client accounts — the cold-calling teams booking qualified meetings on behalf of the companies who outsource their sales to us. You set the targets, build the playbooks, run the forecast, and stay close enough to the phones and the deals to coach in real time.
