You'll be judged on how your ads perform, not on how cinematic they are. This is an editing-led role for someone with a proven track record of AI-powered performance ads. You'll produce high volumes of ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube that are built to convert. You'll mix UGC, creator footage, stock, and AI-generated video, avatars and voiceovers.
