As a member of our customer’s Site Reliability / Cloud Platform team, the role has two connected responsibilities: customer implementations and platform reliability. The Customer Reliability / Site Reliability Engineer keeps the customer’s AWS-hosted, Kubernetes-based SaaS platform reliable by responding to alerts, working incidents, and contributing to continual improvement.
