Requirements - Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. - Active or eligible Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Texas. - Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential OR previous clinical experience treating hand and upper extremity conditions. - Experience in outpatient orthopedics or hand therapy preferred. - Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient care skills. - CHT certification is not required for Occupational Therapists with relevant hand therapy experience.
