In this role, you will manage the recruitment process from sourcing and engaging candidates through to screening, interviewing, and ongoing candidate relationship management. You will play an important role in identifying qualified professionals, building talent pipelines, and ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Experience recruiting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is highly advantageous.
