This position functions as an integral part of a treatment team and is responsible for providing direct service to the clients as well as assisting the Therapists in developing treatment plans. The Mental Health Practitioner is also responsible for teaching and developing independent living skills, crisis intervention and de-escalation, and carrying out the interventions from the treatment plan.
