You would own that answer for a portfolio of associations. Monthly, quarterly and annual statements. The accruals that make a month honest. Bank and balance sheet reconciliations that tie. Budgets, and the variance conversations that follow them. Setting up communities as they come on, and closing them out cleanly when they go. You would also review and approve work prepared by other accountants, which means your judgment is the last check before numbers reach a board.
