We are looking for: A hands-on commercial role within the technical team, responsible for measuring, costing, and controlling the construction value of Square One's residential developments. The Quantity Surveyor prepares estimates, runs tender analysis, and manages valuations, variations, and final accounts, working closely with Pre-Construction and the Project Management team to keep every project on budget.
