This role will be to support our Americas regions and will report to our Tax Director. The role will be remotely based anywhere in the UK. The role will be accountable for the following: - Transfer pricing and agreements - Financing and repatriation - M&A, recaps and new-country projects - Legal and Treasury interface - Employment tax / customs frameworks - Americas + APAC tax outcomes and first review You will work with the Tax Director to implement Global tax improvements and initiatives including systems improvements, documenting tax processes and specific tax projects.
