This role ensures that teams have someone to come to for answers, ideas and solutions, with the trust and autonomy to deliver them. The role is based in the United States ( on-site/hybrid, Los Angeles, CA ). The 10:00am – 6:00pm Pacific time working window, Monday to Friday , is deliberate: it gives live overlap with our Australian and Indonesian teams, so collaboration across regions happens in real time rather than through overnight handoffs.
