Job Description 1. Create a complete asset register covering digital infrastructure, network assets, property-related assets and lease rights. 2. Classify assets by ownership, utilization, revenue potential, legal status, condition, location and strategic value. 3. Develop asset monetization strategies such as leasing, co-location, sharing, infrastructure SPV, sale-and-leaseback or JV models. 4.
