The role We need a hands-on hunter to own every enquiry that comes into the estate and to go out and create more. You will sell weddings, corporate events and conferences, sporting events and upsell villa stays, taking each from first contact to signed booking. Every booking is a chance to sell more: villas for the guests, wine and bar packages, dining and activities. We expect you to sell the whole estate, not just the room. This is a doer's role.
